We found that the cabin was conveniently located to everything we had planned to do. We loved how each bedroom had its own bathroom and enjoyed the amenities that were available… pool, hot tub, and the pool table. Don’t have anything negative to say. Everything was perfect.

We absolutely loved staying at this house. It had basically everything you need when on vacation. The more I looked the more I thought, wow these guys really care about their guests. Close to many attractions, but far enough to enjoy the peace and views. I would highly recommend staying here and we will be back.

This was my second time booking with jjs, so that should say alot. He is very responsive and always made sure we had what we needed. We'll be back for a third time. The cabin is so close to downtown and about 15 minutes to pigeon forge which was great. the area is perfect and the restaurant up the hill made it a plus. if you're looking for a family cabin this is it. thank you for letting us stay and we will be back.

The cabin was the perfect place to stay for our family vacation to Pigeon Forge. It was just a short drive to all of the activities we had planned but far enough away from the main area to be quiet and relaxing at night. John was very responsive and made sure to check in with us upon our arrival to make sure everything was as expected. Great hosts!

We stayed at John’s cabin for a family trip. We all loved the cabin! The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were great (especially the master bath), the kitchen had everything we needed and the hot tub was just a great addition. The house was clean which is very important to me. The best part though—bear watching. We saw a few bears and a cub during our stay and that was so fun.

The cabin was perfect! It was very clean, the beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well equipped, the hot tub and sitting on the back deck were relaxing. The location was perfect, with a short drive to all the touristy locations, but still on a quiet beautiful mountainside. John answered all my questions quickly and was always very pleasant. If we ever visit the area again, we would love to stay in his cabin!

He texted back almost immediately everytime I reached out. The place was beautiful. Lots of space for everyone. Loved all the bathrooms. Pool table and hot tub were amazing. The view is stunning!! Would come back. Very spacious kitchen and living area. Also, 5 smart TVs available which was great.

We loved staying at the cabin. The view was fantastic. We saw two bears playing in the back yard. We were able to walk to the Greenbriar Restaurant which was delicious! The patio was our favorite place to sit and relax. The hot tub was clean and relaxing. The bed was comfortable and the host was quick to respond and super helpful. We would 100% stay here again.
