The upstairs level has the owner's suite with en-suite bath, small loft area, and outdoor seating area to enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning. The lower level has the third bedroom and bath, pool table, and additional living area with a queen size sleeper sofa. The lower level deck also has the hot tub.
