This cabin offers 3 master king size beds and two queen sleeper sofas, 3 on-suite bathrooms and a half bath. You will find a TV in every room, a private hot tub on the lower deck, and a game room including a full size pool table. Discover The Great Smoky Mountains National Park, enjoy the annual Firefly Festival, make memories roasting marshmallows around the outdoor fire pit, and relax in your private hot tub after a full day of zip lining, horseback riding, go karting, or adventures at Dollywood! We manage the cabin ourselves and work with a great team to ensure that the cabin is cleaned and sanitized after each stay.

Guests are required to send a copy of their photo ID and a signed copy of the rental contract prior to their stay. Failure to provide either of these documents prior to stay will result in traveler's cancellation of the trip and the traveler cancellation policy will apply.

Our neighborhood is easy to access without any steep roads. This makes for quick trips into downtown Gatlinburg or to the local grocery store if extra supplies are needed. The cabin is also conveniently located within walking distance to The Greenbriar Restaurant (we recommend going at least once).

We absolutely loved staying at this house. It had basically everything you need when on vacation. The more I looked the more I thought, wow these guys really care about their guests. Close to many attractions, but far enough to enjoy the peace and views. I would highly recommend staying here and we will be back.

This was my second time booking with jjs, so that should say alot. He is very responsive and always made sure we had what we needed. We'll be back for a third time. The cabin is so close to downtown and about 15 minutes to pigeon forge which was great. the area is perfect and the restaurant up the hill made it a plus. if you're looking for a family cabin this is it. thank you for letting us stay and we will be back.

We stayed at John’s cabin for a family trip. We all loved the cabin! The beds were comfy, the bathrooms were great (especially the master bath), the kitchen had everything we needed and the hot tub was just a great addition. The house was clean which is very important to me. The best part though—bear watching. We saw a few bears and a cub during our stay and that was so fun.

We loved staying at the cabin. The view was fantastic. We saw two bears playing in the back yard. We were able to walk to the Greenbriar Restaurant which was delicious! The patio was our favorite place to sit and relax. The hot tub was clean and relaxing. The bed was comfortable and the host was quick to respond and super helpful. We would 100% stay here again.

We had such a relaxing and peaceful stay at this cabin. It was exactly what we were looking for—a cozy, quiet spot surrounded by nature. The cabin was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and a super comfy bed. The view from the porch was beautiful, especially in the mornings with a cup of coffee. We loved the hot tub at night and the ample amounts of the games and extra blankets made it feel really homey. The host was great—responsive and helpful with local tips. If you're looking to unplug and unwind, this is the perfect place. We’d definitely come back!

The place was nice and cozy! Plenty of room for 3 couples. House was clean and well kept. Only about a 7 min drive to downtown Gatlinburg. I would highly recommend this place!!!
